The Help Me Grow SC Home Visiting Portal is the place for home visitors to get all they need to help promote the healthy development of all children through age five.

Here you will be able to easily submit online referrals to Help Me Grow SC when your families graduate or choose to leave your program, access resources available to you and your families, complete trainings on the ASQ developmental screening tools, and access trauma-informed trainings for professionals.
