 A fun afternoon of Mahjong with a purpose.

Gather your friends, grab your tiles, and join us for an afternoon of fun AND supporting babies! Your participation supports our programs at the SC Infant Mental Health Association.

Time spent playing Mahjong helps support the ongoing awareness and implementation of infant mental health across South Carolina. Together we can help babies, young children, and their caregivers thrive.  

Healthy first relationships are everything.

They help children build secure connections, manage emotions, explore safely, and develop the foundation for lifelong mental wellness. 

SCIMHA exists to give babies the best chance to flourish.

  • Connect young children to the support they need through free developmental screenings  
  • Keep children in early care and education by helping prevent preschool expulsion  
  • Support children and families through the child welfare system  
  • Build a stronger, more supported early childhood workforce  
  • Give professionals the knowledge and tools to nurture young children’s mental health
