Presenter Biography

 

Leslie Roth, MSW, MS Ed 

Workforce Development Director at SCIMHA

Leslie Roth is the Workforce Development Director for the South Carolina Infant Mental Health Association (SCIMHA). She leads SCIMHA’s initiatives to equip South Carolina’s cross-sector workforce of infant, early childhood, and family-serving professionals with the foundations of infant and early childhood mental health theory and practice. Prior to coming to SCIMHA, she gained more than 20 years of experience in supporting early childhood education, community health work, and home visiting programs in a range of settings in SC and beyond. Leslie holds a Master of Social Work from Hunter College School of Social Work and a Master of Science in Education from Bank Street College of Education in New York City.
